Minimums & Delivery

Our minimum is 36 pcs per one set of style design for Custom Screen Printing and embroidery apparel. We do provide overseas delivery order services.

Payment

We require a 70% down payment from total invoice and settlement once products has been completed before delivery. Order will NOT be processed until payment has been made. Send copy of receipt once payment is made. 

Purchase Order Form

Our customer service will provide the work order form. 

Debay screen printing will take order with a complete order form. 

Cancellations

Absolutely NO cancellations once down payment has been made and NO change of designs during running production. 

Urgent Orders

Urgent order only applied to a ready blank T-shirt. We do offer an express services but this service is not always available. please contact us for more details. 

 
Under Runs and Damages

  • We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly but mistakes are inevitable. 

  • After delivery , Customer are given 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. 

  • There will be a 5% damage allowance, additional pieces order are recommended. 

  • Debay is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including, but not limited to, mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rip, tears or holes in garments. 

  • Debay is also not liable for inconsistencies in discharge printing due to fabric, fabric dye and/or fabric content. 

  • Debay is not responsible if certain items are out of stock. If items are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative styles. 

  • Placement: Please be aware that the industry standard is 1/4” tolerance in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint.
